Our Ninja's Classes
Age 3-6 years
Our Ninja’s karate classes are suitable for ages 3-6 years and are specifically designed to be fun, safe and development orientated. At this age the goal isn’t intense martial arts training – it’s building strong foundations through movement and play.
We focus on:
- listening skills
- basic coordination (jumping, balancing, kicking targets)
- following directions
- confidence boosting
- basic punches
- simple kata’s
- techniques
Benefits for younger children:
